Pakistan stopped the ground route

Sushma Swaraj, who arrived to welcome the plane from Kabul

The first aircraft arrived in Delhi on Monday via the Air Cargo Corridor between India and Afghanistan. The significance of this corridor can be assumed by the fact that External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj herself went to welcome the aircraft. He was accompanied by Civil Aviation Minister Ganpatya Raju, Minister of State for External Affairs MJ Akbar and Afghanistan's Ambassador to India Shaida Mohammad Abdali.

Pakistan gets mitigation response

India was in an attempt to build a road corridor between Delhi-Kabul for business with Afghanistan. This route passes through Pakistan. That's why Pakistan expressed their displeasure over this. With the formation of this corridor, India could not only improve business relations with Kabul but also countries adjacent to Afghanistan. Even if Pakistan has not approved the road passing through its own country. But India was also going to be silent. After Pakistan's objection, India stepped in one step forward and followed the way of the air corridor. During the delegation of the two countries, the Air Cargo Corridor was discussed during the Bilateral Meet in Heart of Asia. In addition to security, stability between the two countries, negotiations were made to develop an air corridor for trade. Gani also agreed to make the air corridor for trade. After which the service has been started between the two.

Explain that in 2010 the trade agreement between Pakistan and Afghanistan has happened. Under this, Afghanistan can not send its trucks to any other country using the route of Pakistan.

The Prime Minister also expressed his happiness by tweeting. He wrote - We welcome the first air cargo corridor aircraft coming from Kabul. Best wishes for this engagement between India and Afghanistan. I congratulate President Ashraf Ghani.

President Ashraf Ghani has seen green flag from Kabul

This aircraft, which ran from Kabul, was flagged off by Afghani President Ashraf Ghani himself. He was accompanied by some ministers of Afghan cabinet and Indian envoy to Afghanistan Manpreet Vohra. The aircraft, which came to Delhi, weighs 60 tons. In which a large amount of asafetida has been imported. Earlier, on 18th June, a cargo plane went to Kabul from Delhi. There was 100 tons of goods in it. There were medicines, water purifiers and health related items.

Purpose of Air Cargo Corridor

Its purpose is to give Afghanistan an alternative trade link in the Indian market. At the same time, the Indian goods have to be delivered to this country devastated by war. The fruits of Afghanistan, fruits and carpets have a lot of demand in India. The freight corridor will promote their import. It is a commercial enterprise which is supported by both governments very strongly and very purposefully
